Ingredients

Frozen Berry Blend
Oat Milk
Amazing Grass: Organic
Plant Protein
Chia Seeds
Collagen Peptides
Cinnamon
Acai Powder
MCT Oil Agave

Directions

  1. Using a Nutri Ninja or comparable blender, fill approximately 1/3 of the large container with frozen berries. You can add ice if you like a thicker smoothie. 2. Add two scoops of Amazing Grass Protein, or protein powder of your choice. 3. Add one scoop of Collagen Peptides.

  5. Add one tablespoon of Acai Powder
  6. Add a dash of cinnamon
  7. Use the fill line on your blender for the amount of oat milk to add.
  8. Blend and enjoy!

Optional: you can add agave if you enjoy a sweeter smoothie!
