- Using a Nutri Ninja or comparable blender, fill approximately 1/3 of the large container with frozen berries. You can add ice if you like a thicker smoothie. 2. Add two scoops of Amazing Grass Protein, or protein powder of your choice. 3. Add one scoop of Collagen Peptides.

- Add one tablespoon of Chia Seeds
- Add one tablespoon of Acai Powder
- Add a dash of cinnamon
- Use the fill line on your blender for the amount of oat milk to add.
- Blend and enjoy!
