Hi, I'm Amy

I've faced personal and family challenges, just like you. As a wife, mother, and woman, I carried the weight of middle age on my shoulders. Despite losing my mother at 22 and struggling to find guidance, I decided to create a space for women like me to find inspiration and advice.

My journey took another turn when my oldest son battled severe mental health issues in early 2022. I found myself making crucial decisions in a room full of doctors, despite not being a medical expert. Now, I'm on a mission to support mothers in similar situations, recognizing the ripple effect on family, marriage, and finances. You're not alone; I'm here to share my story, listen, and provide guidance. Whether you're rediscovering yourself or dealing with a child in a mental health crisis, you've found a friend who understands and is here to support you.
