Time Under Tension At Home Glute Workout!

During this workout we will be focusing on being mindful. With each movement you are focusing on doing it slowly and listening to your body. Each movement is with purpose, staying in tune with your body and intentional with its movements. 

We will start with 3 warm up movements. You will need some dumbbells and bands (short and long) if you have them accessible.

Really watch what I am doing, where I pause, and where I go slow. This is a great method to challenge yourself at home when there are fewer options in terms of equipment. You will be amazed at how tough it can be!
