Friday Leg Day!! Workout 5 is a GREAT one! Remember for this workout the video will be for Tier Three, with modifications for Tiers 1 and 2.  Last one of the week!!!

This workout consists of three circuits which will be repeated 4 times.

Equipment Needed for this Workout:

  • Mat
  • Long loop band
  • Dumbbells Barbell (optional)
  • Small pad (optional)
  • Slider Hip Circle
