Workout Three

For Workout Three we are trying something a little different. One video, Tier Three is the main video, with modifications for Tiers 1 and 2.  Here is a full body workout that will make you burn!

This workout consists of three circuits which will be repeated 4 times.

Equipment Needed for this Workout:

  • Gym Mat or Towel
  • Hip Circle (Wide Band)
  • Sliders
  • Dumbbells
  • Barbell
