Week One: Day One

Tier One Workout 1

Tier One is more of a modified workout, body weight, or limited weight.

This workout consists of three circuits which will be repeated 4 times.

Equipment Needed for this Workout:

  • Gym Mat or Towel
  • Hip Circle (Wide Band)
  • Bench

Tier Two Workout 1

Tier Two is more of a moderate workout, body weight/ weighted.

This workout consists of three circuits which will be repeated 4 times.

Equipment Needed for this Workout:

  • Gym Mat or Towel
  • Hip Circle (Wide Band)
  • Bench
  • Dumbbells
  • Kettlebells

Tier Three Workout 1

Tier Three, a workout where you push yourself outside your comfort zone, a real burn.

This workout consists of three circuits which will be repeated 4 times.
