Thursday calls for Uppers and Abs! Get ready for a real burn when it comes to workout 4 for this week! Remember for this workout the video will be for Tier Three, with modifications for Tiers 1 and 2.  Let's get after it!

This workout consists of three circuits which will be repeated 4 times.

Equipment Needed for this Workout:

  • Dumbbells
  • Mat
  • Long loop skinny and medium bands
  • Miniband
  • Magic Circle (optional)
  • Bench
